Jessica Van Blaricom will be instructing a workout class for 50 and up. It will be held every Thursday from 7:30 -8:30 pm at the Seniors Centre

The Southey and District Lioness will be hosting a "Meet and Greet" for citizens of Southey and surrounding district at the Skating Rink. Come Meet your neighbors, clubs, organizations and services available in your community. Refreshments will be served.

Tuesdays at the Seniors Centre from 9:30 am -10:30 am. This is a low impact and low weights program. Great way to get fit! For more information please contact Don Mcrae.
