The Lioness will be hosting a speaker from the Alzheimer Society who will give a presentation entitled "Heads Up For Healthier Brains" at Southey Seniors Citizens Club. Everyone is welcome to attend and learn strategies to keep your brain healthy and lower your risk of developing dementia.
Jessica Van Blaricom will be instructing a workout class for 50 and up. It will be held every Thursday from 7:30 -8:30 pm at the Seniors Centre
